Shipping policy
Every NUK APPAREL item is printed to order, just for you, by our US-based production partners. Here's what to expect after you check out.
Processing time
Orders are printed and packed in 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During big sales and the holiday season, this can run a little longer.
Shipping time
- United States: 3–7 business days after your order ships
- International: 7–30 business days after your order ships, depending on the country and customs
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
Tracking
You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Multiple items
Different products can be printed at different facilities, so an order with more than one item may arrive in separate packages on different days.
Customs and duties (international)
International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by your country. These are set by your local customs office and are the customer's responsibility unless they were included at checkout.
Wrong address, lost or damaged packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't change it once your order goes into production, and we can't reship orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, email us at nukinbjones@gmail.com within 7 days and we'll make it right.
